I didn't run/walk with my phone, how can I log my activity for the day?

  1. Go to the app, in the 'My stats' tab.

  2. In the history section, on the date of the day in question, you can manually enter your activity data by clicking on the pencil icon. You can log kilometers if you don’t know the exact number of steps taken. A conversion into steps will be done automatically.
