Is my phone compatible with the Alvarum Go app? Can I participate without a phone?

What are compatible phones?

The application is compatible with telephones with the following operating systems:
  1. Android from versions 8.0
  2. IOS from version 11.
Finally, in order to be able to count your steps automatically, your phone must have a step counter (podometer).
When you are on the connection screen (if you are already connected, you can connect to return to this screen), if your phone has a podometer, then it will be indicated at the bottom right of the screen.podometer detected (cf. photo below)

What if my phone is not compatible?

If your phone does not have a podometer, you can report your activities and distances traveled manually in the interface. Cf. this article: https://helpgo.alvarum.com/portal/en/kb/articles/i-didn-t-run-walk-with-my-phone-how-can-i-log-my-activity-for-the-day
